I cleared 1st technical round with Accenture and got the link to submit all documentation. Completed the documentation and verified as well. Then had another round on 11-Nov and did well there as well. It was like a managerial round. And after sometime the status is "Your Candidature is on hold". Anybody has any clue or something similar happened. I didnt have the salary/HR discussions yet.

I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!
