I transferred firms to EY almost a year ago. I’m currently a SA1. I recently got my H1-B extension. Is it reasonable to assume that EY will start my GC application once I’ve been with the firm for a year? Or do I need to be at a higher rank or have less time left on my H1-B for them to get the process started?

Accenture Consulting- work is on contact center automation. Totally on aws. I’ll be part of a bigger team where they strictly follow agile. I’ll be reporting to an architect and they strictly follow a good team structure where everyone handles different tasks but work together in tandem to deliver. Here I get to work with global clients. Have a chance to get into a pure tech consulting role later on, the ones that MBA grads do. Not too much work pressure but still slightly bad. Very competitive workforce. Work from home
Morgan Stanley- Internal work.old tech. Chatbot development. Tool not widely used. Might get difficult to switch again. Strictly work from office. Must use desktops to work. Average work pressure. Manager has said that I’ll get to work on multiple technologies—>NLP, data modeling and JavaScript. Supportive and helpful teammates.
Part of a 10 member squad. Four such squads doing similar work in chatbots. Employee friendly comparing with the other two.
I would suggest PWC all three companies are amazing but the role and team in PWC is new so you have a chance to lead as well and make worthwhile contributions...also is there a diff in CTC that's needs to factored in as well
There’s no one to lead as each project is handled individually. Might end up supporting too in PWC. Chatbot projects are quite short. Pay wise all offer more or less the same. No huge difference. MS offers more benefits and bonuses though.
