I cleared 2 technical rounds in HCL after which I attended managerial round which was meant to be final round as per mail. During the managerial round everything went well until she asked me notice period.I said I was already on notice period as I hold an offer. After that I could clearly understand a change in tone / disappointment from manager. Post the managerial interview there was literally no updates even after sending multiple mails to hr. Got to a modeling round for a PE Firm and it’s later today. Really like the people but not a big fan of the investment strategy. Wondering if withdrawing from the process right now would hurt my relationship with the HH’s?

I’m working with them for a few firms I’m way more interested in but aren’t kicking off for the next week or two. Should I just do the model test and withdraw, or would beforehand work as well? Any insight would be helpful

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
