I cleared all rounds of interview HR asked for documents which I sent, now suddenly I see my status of application is being reviewed. Is this a normal flow? HR told me I will get my offer in 2-3 days but it's been 5 days still no offer? Will I get the offer letter? I am really selected or there are chances to reject me even now. Or are they looking for other candidates also, please help me regarding my issue, what's the real matter

In the process of interviewing for a strategy/Corp dev position at an activewear/athleisure company and they want me to think of a couple tangential industries that may have companies for acquisition and do a write up. I’m stumped on what else an activewear company would buy besides other activewear companies. I can only think of home fitness (Lulu’s Mirror) or vitamins/supplements. Any thoughts?

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? What are questions to ask in an interview with a startup? I work at a medium sized company that brings in ~$70m in revenue with decent health benefits and 401k. I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??
