I have an Amazon Hiring Manager phone interview Tuesday. Can I use my phone instead of my computer? I’m just worried because it looks like there’s no video with through the phone app. Is this okay or will the HM expect to see me on video?

So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I graduated with a BA in Cinema and Television Arts; specifically in Entertainment Media Management. I wasn’t able to do an internship because of work and personal stuff. Does anyone know any good tips of what entry level positions I should look into?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I haven’t been on the job hunt in years and have two questions for you all this morning.
1. Cover letters - they seem so antiquated to me. Are they necessary? Does it look bad if I don’t apply with one. I believe my resume is quite concise and has a profile summary 2. “Desired pay” - I want to put something like “negotiable depending on total comp package” but will that rule me out? I don't mind working extra here and there, but if 50+ hours are required I plan on asking for more compensation. I plan on getting this in writing should I get an offer.
