I cleared the technical round for the Application Support Engineer position at Publicis Sapient. The recruiter confirmed that I passed the first round. What is the next round? Is it a managerial round? Will they ask technical questions in the next round? What type of questions can I expect in the next round?
My current notice period is 90 days, but I mentioned that I can join within 60 days. Will they accept this notice period?

I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. Thoughts on whether to bring this up or continue to be a team player until I burn out and pay off my student loans?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.
