I cleared two rounds of interviews, after which the HR shared two pay structures. I mailed for a slightly higher figure and raised clarifications. No response for a week, after 1.5 weeks, I called. The HR told the salary approvals were getting rejected.she would try last time from her end and get back with final number by the following day. However, till today no response. I was talking Senior HR from the same company today, and she telling role on hold. Then why took interview and came so far?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so.
