How are you.. I mean really how are you?

I personally, am struggling to maintain balance in my personal and work life

One thing that’s really shattering me is feeling like your manager is direct competition with you.

I'm okay, more or less. I feel like I was in a bad place last year, I was really feeling frazzled and overworked. I was able to get some adjustments made at work, and set a few boundaries so I wouldn't let things get to me too much. So things could be better, but as of today I'd say I'm okay.

Long time in the making; but we finally sold off from our 50% HWB short. We had two tests at the 3400 level, getting as high as 3420 today before the sell off. Momentum and pessimism over lack of stimulus could take us to the 3107 target quickly, nearly a 10 percent decline over the next month. Stay short my friends. It's going to get bumpy.

I am frustrated as a Gay Woman who has given her all for 30+ years grinding to be the best. I have been in closet, out of closet, in-between and am tired of it. I want to be VALUED as a human being. I have gone from Rock Star to problem when people "found out". I have trained and promoted hundreds of people and been passed over for promotions because of not being a man. I have trained men with less experience, worse results only for them to move forward. If Diversity is important...prove it!
