I currently have two job offers.. first with joining date within the month and the second with joining date in 3-4 months. Can I accept both the offers and keep the second job as a backup option to resort to If I dont enjoy the work/team at the first job?
Any experience with this type of scenario?
Also since I am on H1B the employers will have to file for change of employer. So is it possible to not join the company even after filing the change of employer?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
