You're putting in a lot of work OP! You definitely deserve more, and it sounds like you should be able to get that without problem (even if that means starting to hunt for a new restaurant that pays you what you deserve). Don't feel like a fool, it's all learning experiences and I don't see why you can't go back with more experience and more knowledge to explain why you deserve more. Do some research for what GMs are making in your location and try to renegotiate. Bring proof of the profits you've been able to bring in along with the salary research and it would be pretty hard to deny what you bring to the table and what you are truly worth. And if they're unwilling to budge, I would cut back time where you can to start applying elsewhere.

Seconding this!! OP you seem super invested and deserve to take the time to be fairly compensated
I agree with Assistant manager 1, you are doing way too much work to be paid so little. I have undersold myself in the past and I know how much that sucks. I would not be afraid to ask for more with all that you are doing. If they want to keep you, they will pay it.
I was offered only $15k more for two restaurants versus managing one, and like a fool, accepted. Now I am afraid I will never make what I deserve for the bare minimum of this position. I have successfully turned both establishments into profitable businesses, how do I know my actual worth? Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated!
