Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?

People look at scripture only in a flesh and historical sense when it’s also a spiritual book.
Remember God is the only one who can open someone’s heart. Be patient and kind about the curiosity they have vs. a needing to be right or wrong. It is hard because they are likely misinterpreting doctrine but I’d point them to resources that answer their questions like a study Bible or great theological resource vs. taking this work on your own.
I guess we need more context here.
I feel proud when non Christian’s engage. There’s so much to know and understand about the Bible, salvation and sharing the gospel.
It reaffirms to me that God is in all of us and everyone is on their journey.

Oh yes I agree. I was just saying that I’ve had people tell me how Jesus operates but they don’t believe in Christ. Like I will blatantly post a bible verse and reference it and they tell me that’s not what it means.
Like if I said the sky was blue they would argue to the point of death and then when I provide verses to back up that the sky is indeed blue.
Then they tell me to stop giving scripture to them because I’m Bible bashing them. It was an odd experience because they are publicly practicing witch craft.
I find that when most non-Christians engage in scripture in those situations, they try to negate what we as believers think or know. Remember how the devil also knew scripture when He was trying to tempt Jesus in the desert. The enemy can have knowledge too but their application of such knowledge can be towards a different agenda and from the wrong spirit.
Keep in mind that scripture needs to be read and understood WITH the spirit of God.
Gotta educate these ignorant folks, albeit with love. Although it’s hard these days, because people choose to be ignorant on purpose
Brothers and sisters, gone are the days. But now we Christians have started learning their books and when we started asking questions about their illogical stuffs written in their books, they run away. Now they are afraid. Just make sure we have enough Bible foundation so that these people won't trap us creating confusion.
