You should be able to find a job with your experience and your CFA and CAIA. Nowadays, experience counts more than a degree. One of the things I will avoid would be going through the application portal because HR would scan the requirements, and it would be a bigger chance that your resume would be discarded. Try emailing people directly about your positions and ask for references.
Getting your CFA will take 1.5-2 years minimum, assuming you pass first time and enter each exam as soon as you can without breaks; and will be gruelling, just a head’s up.
I would start with cfa. If you pass then you get to skip level 1 I’d caia.
Rising Star
Lots of firms will require the degree, even though it’s worthless. Might be easier to complete the 1.5 yrs left with an online school, then go for the designations. Then it’s all about your hustle. I know a CFA, CAIA and they make 20% of what I make and I don’t have either.
How did you get financial analyst without an MBA???
We had a registered rep who wanted her CFP which requires a bachelors. Like you she had some college courses. She just took some online courses and cobbled together enough to get a degree. She finished both within a year. The CFA doesn’t require a BA but your more than 1/2 way there why not get it and remove the possibility that not having might be an obstacle later on. Maybe even choose classes that will help you in your CFA studies.
If you need a tutor left me know.

They might I think it would be worth a try. Once you get so much experience, degree is not as important as your experiene.
I think so. You already have the experience so CFA and CAIA would be helpful. You'll land a job for sure. Good luck!
