I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

Hello, I got a call from Marsh Mclennan for Finance and Accounting role. I just want to know how the work culture and work-life balance at M&M. HR said they will be offering a 30 to 35 percent hike on current CTC and Assistant Manager Designation. Is it good as compared to Accenture for Finance roles as I'm currently working in a Non-Finance role and eagerly looking for a switch into Finance Background.

Because they are on the other side of the table.
When they themselves will attend an interview they'll realise where they stand.
I had faced a similar experience with PwC interviewer who was kind of rude & was talking as if they are doing a favour by conducting an interview.

Very bad experience
Yeah, I'm sick of such interviewers. Personally, I've had 8 recent interviews but none of them were like that. But my interview with Accenture felt negative as the interviewer asked questions even after I told that I don't know about that technology.
My favourite interviews are with IBM and Verizon. Both were chill and it was more of an interaction than interview, which I think is how it's supposed to be. They're not interrogating you, then are hiring you and they should know that there's room for improvement and not everyone is well-versed in all the aspects of the technology.

I have faced the similar situation like you in Accenture. Such a worst interviewer, I already told I don't have experience on this tech but still he asked me more questions
