I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !

I see people post about their in hand offers/ CTC and wonder what wrong am I doing.
As a SCM professional, I'm searching jobs for a year now with no success. I'm even ready to accept a low-ball salary offer/ pay cut due to personal reasons, but nah!
It hurts even more after successfully clearing interviews and then get ghosted by recruiters.
