I don't understand all the fuss about writing a cover letter. I never understood what purpose does it serve? Also, despite having the highest degree in Hospitality, I'm struggling to find a job which suits my interests and skills. Also, what's the point of changing skills on resumes for different jobs when ATS does not recognise current skills, which should suffice? As a former founder I never had this issue but now when I have started a new life in different country, this is hard hitting.

Got to interview a candidate for Mid senior role... candidate has listed exactly 53 projects on his resume in last 5 year.. kind of shocked to see someone would write each and every ..small and large projects.. 14 YOE .9 page resume ..😭
