Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Ok I gone through this long and confusing perm process recently in EY, to file an perm , it depends upon how soon your leadership gives an job description, generally speaking around 6 months for filling perm. Perm Approval depends on uscis but in my case perm approved in 3 months. I happy to answer any kind specific questions, because I knew the pain of going through the process in EY.
Interested to know as well. Also, how many years do you have to serve at EY to initiate the PERM process? I’m transferring from another big 4 soon and will change function. Thank you!
One year at the firm.
6 months or less if u already have an approved i140.
Approx 2 years from the day of case initiation to filing of perm.
Ey2 how on earth did u get failed in 6 months..
Just job description, pwd, recruitment and cooling period takes 9 month minimum if Egan is aggressive
Thank you EY 2. The length of the waiting time depends on the country of origins? Also, have you seen anyone who started the PERM process without staying for a full year? I have less than 1 year on my first H1b. I can extend but just wondering if there’s any chance of initiating earlier. Does partners have a say in this? Thank you for answering!
Auditor 1: EY policy for GC :
1. One year completion with firm plus 3 and above rating (right now we don’t have no ratings,not sure how they evaluate)
2. H1B Max out should be less than or equal to 3 years.
Ey1: I knew what your saying , my JD and approval from leadership took 3 months, if you include that then 9 months. I agree with you end to end process takes 1 years atleast
