I feel like I’m underpaid. For those of you other NYC creative directors at an agency…how much should we be making realistically.

Had an interview and the place says they’re in person 2-3 days a week. It’s a small team but is it crazy I was really put off by that? I’ve been remote since the beginning of COVID and fully expected to be until I’m/the majority of people are vaccinated. Is anyone else going into the office?

The COVID creative slump is strong with me these days. What are you all doing to combat it?

Appeared for an interview in TCS on 7th april and after that no mail communication, only phone calls to upload documents. Uploaded documents and it is showing in verified stage. Status in portal still showing "Resume Shortlisted", what is that mean??

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
