I find it fascinating how we have no problem sharing how much we pay in rent but frown upon revealing our salary. If we were more open about it, especially with our coworkers, we’d be way more informed and can better advocate for ourselves/each other.

Would I know if I’m eligible for a bonus?

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
