I gave an interview at Morgan Stanley in the last week of March. After that, I received a call from the recruiter informing me that there would be an HR round for salary discussion. However, I haven’t received any updates since then.

I spoke with HR, and they informed me that there is currently a hiring freeze. They said that once hiring resumes, they will reach out to me.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take for the process to move forward?

I received a technical test for an AI consultant role. I have no idea what the content or how I should prep. is it appropriate to go back to the company recruiter and ask to provide more info?

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?

So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone.
