I gave PDM round (2nd round) in IBM . It went well . But one thing is bothering me during interview she mentioned some shift policy. So i am afraid can this hiring be for some shift based projects? I asked her is it some project based hiring she told it is general hiring project will be decided later. Can someone guide is this shift thing mentioned to all in this round or it means my hiring is for some shift based project?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
