Find self-validation first
How many texts are you sending? If you want to have a village, you have to be a villager too.
Show up for people, text them… your friend tells you they have a job interview on Tuesday at 12:30… set a reminder to send or schedule a “good luck” text.
Agree with other commenters saying look for internal validation but also I strongly believe when you show up for people - they will do the same for you. If you don’t have friends like that, try to make some new friends.
Hit the gym and pray to the Lord Jesus! He helps me so much when I get lonely and feel isolated 🙏🏻

Same here and it's usually from my dad or my sister. I have alot of friends but they have busy lives so I find myself reaching out to them more than they to me. It's ok though, I try to keep a positive attitude. Just remember, energy always changes and it won't always be like this. You are on the right track asking for tips. My tip would be to put someone on your calendar every day to text, and if you don't know what to say, sending a meme or reel is perfectly ok. I find that the more you can make someone laugh, the more likely they are to send in return. There is nothing wrong with you and you are on the right path :)
Easy fix. Just have kids. As soon as they're old enough, they will call and text you all day long 😂

As a child of abusive parents who wants nothing to do with them as an adult, please don’t do this.

Jeez dont beg for attention. Loneliness is in the mind and self-solitude can lead to self-mastery.
Get involved with your friends, church, community, school, etc.. Sign up for a gym membership. Go for daily walks in your neighborhood. Reach out to a professional if you need help. The suicide hotline is 988 if you're having ominous thoughts, and know that you're not alone.
