As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Only ever heard bad things about WITCH companies (of which Infosys is the I).
I think the general consensus on this app is to avoid the WITCH companies
I would try talking to people who recently left the firm and get a sense of why they left
I would talk to employees currently working there. You can easily reach out to them over LinkedIn by saying something like,
“Hey (name)!
I was just offered a position by (company name).
I wanted to hear peoples experience with working there.
Thanks!”
Oh wow. Predatory is a strong word.
Im sorry you feel that way.
Thanks for sharing with people what to look out for. Sounds like you are experienced in this regard.
Hi!
So here in my take.
This is an Indian company. They are based in India. The structure is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Some people get to know this new corporate system and can get things done. Some people never figure the company out.
What Infosys does is kicks up school
Knowledge in a profound way that o never thought possible. The training and the classes and the certs they are paying me to essentially cement and refine my school skills. I have learned so much here already.
Some of these people are amazing! I have met some absolutely fantastic people.
The pay, mine is higher then what I had been making. And pretty high for the area- but still about half what I can make out in Industry.
So for me- the learning, the mentorship—- it’s a dream come true!
