I got a “Needs Improvement” on my performance review. I don’t disagree with it necessarily because I had a tough personal year that caused me to lose some focus at work and dint have the best attention to detail on deliverables. I haven’t been notified of being put on a PIP or anything. What does this mean for my job security?
