I got an email this morning to do a phone screen for a job and when I replied a few hours later it said the person had resigned. Red flag or nah?

My friends and I are paying into our fantasy league now, and putting it in an investment, rather than doing straight cash. Winner take all at end of the next fantasy season. What would you put this in? I don't care if we lose it, I'm looking high risk high reward, probably crypto.

Is the offering good for 9 months experience guy in Bigdata Development.
