I got an offer for position Experienced Business Relationship manager with L3 level with 24.9 lpa fixed. But i got very less hike, currently i have 20lpa fixed. I have asked for 28 lpa fixed. I have an offer for 29 lpa fixed for wipro company. I don't know whether i should negotiate further or not as i really wanted to join Boieng and also before an offer when i asked it's less package that they are offering they said this is the max budget for this position. Please guide me on this.

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
