Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I think I read about some kind of process where when an applicant reaches out to a current student or alum for a 1:1 and makes a good impression, the student/alum can send a message to the adcom letting them know? Is it like a "Hey I connected with this applicant and had a great conversation with them. I think they would be a great fit for the program" type of thing?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
