I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. I worked in Bantala location.. BFSI projects are very strict .. even mobile phones are not allowed inside ODC (your desk cubicle).. if you go Bantala then ask them to provide office cab else it's very difficult to get public transportation to and fro ..
Does getting an office Cab means additional Rs getting deducted from salary?
Nearby Bantala location there is no stay or accommodation.. you have to stay in Salt Lake .. or Newtown to get rented accommodation
I got an offer from Cognizant for JP Morgan project, had undergone client interviews so I am aware of the the client name. My location is Bengaluru (Manyata tech park)but for now I'm reporting to bagamane as it's near to my home.
1) If anyone from JP Morgan project then please let me know if the VPN Connects in bagamane techpark cause Manyata is very far for me to report three days a week.
2) Also I have been receiving system generated mail of my schedule to report to Manyata from cognizant but my manager said I can report anywhere.will it be a problem if I don't consider these emails and keep going to bagmane?
Cognizant is not forcing any employees to come office .. Its upto you.. but only one asset could be opted .. either desktop or laptop. Both are not permitted as per organization policy..
Then preferably get a laptop and then carry to office
As per my suggestion, try new offers exclude this as Bantala is very far.. 16 Km from the city .. or continue in the same present Company
