I got an offer from wipro with joining on May , YOE - 9 , Band B3 , 24LPA with 10% variable, what will be my in-hand package ?, Should I join as there is no other offer

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
