I got interviewed by HR for a Senior Project Manager with specific technical background ( rare) position and the salary offered was 100K base, which I feel is too low for a Senior Manager with the requested experience. I am making much higher through a vendor ( assuming vendor is taking a cut as well). Any particular reason why the recruiter is low balling me? Please advice on how to react to such low balling.
