I got job opportunities from multiple companies for Hyderabad location. I have 7.6 years of experience as a .Net Full Stack developer. I got offer from HCA as Senior Software Engineer with 27lpa (Fixed is 25,23,364lpa). Another offer I got from Epam as Senior Software Engineer with 28lpa as fixed. Another offer I got from Chubb as Senior Software Engineer with 28lpa fixed. Now I am confused which one should I join? Also are these offers fare as per my years of experience from these companies?

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?
