I got laid off in probation period. I have been there for 5 months and was loving it. I know it's legal and there is no much I can do about it, it just feels a little bit to abroupt that they fire me when I think I was doing a decent job, with not a good enough reason.
Is it just me or would you also expect a feedback, improvement polan or something else thanj just a "we've terminated your full time contract on your probation period"
