I got laid off on March 18th and was told that last working day is June 15. I have been applying to other companies and haven't mentioned about being layer off as I was told that wouldn't be mentioned int he relieving letter I would receive from the employer. But I want to confirm what is the format of relieving letter and what should I say about my notice period to the companies I interview for.

Wanted to understand what happens in FAANG companies if H-1b visa runs out and there is no I-140 in place to extend visa beyond 6 years. Do they transfer the employee to a non-US office E.g. Canada? Does anyone here been through this scenario?

Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?
