Hi, I just gave my interview for a Business Analyst Profile for Power and Utilities in EY GDS. It has been 3 weeks and they have put my profile on hold and said that they are interviewing other candidates. My tech-2 round is still pending. Have they hold up my candidature due to CTC. I have 8.5 years of experience in Power Distribution Sector. And I asked for 18 Lacs as CTC.. My interview went well and the interviewer asked about how soon I will be able to join & what is my notice period.

Has anyone made a career transition from IT Audit/ Tech Risk Consulting to Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst?
I have a BA in Accounting and Information Systems. I've been at Big 4 for < 1 year now and not liking the work so much. What can I do to transition into Data Science without an additional degree? Should I attend bootcamps? Or should I set some time to start self learning analytics tools and build projects on my own?

How many 33-ish yo single women out there? My bf of 3 years and I didn’t make it through quarantine, we just broke up last night and I’m dying inside. It feels like my fault, he says he felt like I just never cared enough... Haven’t been single for over 7 years and so sad to start over and afraid that the opportunities will be so limited now. Anyone come through this better on the other side? 😞

I have an offer from EPAM Anywhere for 20lpa and my current YOE is 5 yrs. They are offering 6lpa as fixed and 14lpa as project allowance. Should I resign from my current company on this offer letter or should I keep trying for other offers?
