You'd probably be getting better training in London - bain or not. MBB in Europe, especially at the early stages of your career , will be better than starting the in the region. It's easy to move from London to ME in a few years but not the other way round
OP, you'd very quickly realise, like I did, MBA doesn't really sway much (in either direction ) outside of the US. You'll also learn that MBB operates very differently from other firms and even more so if from industry, hence getting the right training (for two years at least ) to maximise your options. And London is the best place in Europe to get those reps in. Also bain London has all the offerings , that means you get exposed to a much wider range of work than Dubai/Riyadh by 5x. Obviously a bit bias here but my answer will be the same if it was team green or blue. And like what the others have said, not all offices are perceived the same (both internal and market), this is driven by local client demand.
What you can do is, join London, and put your hand up for ME cases. So when you want to transfer a bit later on, you have some ME experience to support..good luck ..good problems that you have tho!

If you have an option - Bain London 100% - starting your career in London will definitely shine a lot on your CV vs Riyadh/Dubai. Also ME business is quickly drying up - look at Saudis budget changes and also the larger economy (constant deficit and huge bond issuances) ME doesn’t have much charm left - people were willfully ignorant that this was pertinent due to really bad policy making. But now it is happening and I don’t see any tailwinds for Saudi specifically.
Another vote for Bain London
And I would add, it also depends on whether you want to obtain an European passport
If you see yourself living in the long run in Europe, then I would go for Bain, since it gives you the opportunity of getting the passport plus the experience in a well respected marked
If you want to maximize for money, then I would go for BCG
I haven’t made the move, but I have seen folks in BCG leaving the ME and then finding a new job in the UK without the citizenship
Easy? No
Possible? Yes

Go to the UK get the passport then look to transition.
Passport opens way more doors so best to get that early on
What’s your nationality? Most likely option 1 is better except if already very rich at starting point lol
London always. Never make that mistake of doing internship in UAE. 🇦🇪
Fully agree with Bain1. ME exprience not valued as much.
However, pay difference is very large, so factor that in.
Bain London
You mentioned your wife and as no one else mentioned - There is a high probability you will get Riyadh not Dubai. From both career and lifestyle perspective she might have to make a lot of sacrifices or adjustments. Not saying good or bad but it’s different based on your baseline and upbringing.
London will be like 50% less money in the bank but if you both are working - it might not be a bad idea.
In any case, exploring ME for 2-3 years isn’t bad. But you need to make an informed decision.
