They will do Client onboarding next week most probably i.e on 1st week of October. So, is it good in terms of WLB, Hike, Salary and mostly important i.e Client. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj.
