I got retained by my current company 6months ago, with promise of on-site in 6 months and retention bonus 10% less than the offers held. it was mentioned that this bonus will be merged with CTC in 1 yr.

Now after 6 months, on-site not provided, as expected.

Planning to look for jobs outside. The question is, If other companies ask about my CTC, can I add the retention bonus to the CTC and provide the complete figure as CTC?
Ps: Both CTC revision and retention bonus were clearly documented.
