A client reported to my supervisor that I was inquiring about their processes, mentioning that the former senior on the project never requested such information. My intention was to perform a walkthrough of their internal controls. Isn’t this a standard practice? I thought it was a normal procedure to follow. How do you do it? If you were in my place, would you still do what's right or listen to your manager who is telling you to scale down on the questions? Not sure how to deal with this situation.

I’m trying to fix up my resume to apply to other companies. It’s my first resume fix since college so I’m trying to see what to include/ take out.
1) Do I keep my internships? My leadership experiences in college?
2) How do I organize my engagement experiences - All combined bullets or separated by client?
3) How about my internal efforts? (I did 3 internal projects within the firm)
4) Education on top or bottom?

But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. I’m not naive or fresh out of law school, but I’m at a point where I’m saying to myself “Why can’t I have it all?” I’ve been offered a job for more pay and less hours and I keep thinking to myself, what’s the catch? I know people will say no promotion potential or that’s not how it works…but what if it could? What if you make yourself valuable by still setting your boundaries? Why would we resent someone who has that opportunity?
