I had a face to face interview with CBA yesterday for ITSD Supervisor or Operational Delivery Lead and it went very well, also said that's the only round and further will be salary discussion with HR if the result is positive. The Interviewers said the HR will callback upon the feedback but anyhow there are many other profiles in line for the same role which will go for another 2 weeks.

HR isn't responding to my calls now, till the interview she responded well.

Just curious: how many resource managers recruit for freelancers as part time of their job? If not, who does the recruiting for you? Internal recruiters? Outside staffing agencies?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
