How does @Dentsu India interview process works? I had a total of 5 rounds After first 2 they said they are ok with me but they think I am more suitable for 2 other roles,if I want any of them they will redirect. Then I chose the second JD, i had 2 more rounds of interviews and they said they are happy with me and let the HR do their formalities. But after 3 days when I called HR, i was told they are having few more interviews with other candidates and will confirm me! Dentsu Creative
Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

I wore a nice dress to my interview, but that was just me. I would be sure to talk about how you would address teaching to students across all levels because you’re going to have those kids who are struggling, the kids who are bored because they know the information, and all the kids in between. I think it would also be good to be prepared to discuss how you may handle a sped student in your class, but I only say that because I’m sped myself and mainstream my students a lot. Also, kids who are displaying difficult behaviors..how you would handle it, what interventions you would try, what your next step would be if your interventions didn’t work
Check out the practice interview questions online to practice your responses. When they ask you to talk about yourself make sure you hit the credentials and certifications you have or will be earning, make no assumptions that everyone read your resume. Know something about the district and school you are applying to and know the basics of a good lesson plan and classroom management....
