After 3 rounds of interviews with a manager, a dir, partners for the deals team PwC / Strategy& , I was told that the hiring manager wants to schedule another meeting. What should I expect for the meeting? Is it gonna be another round of interview? Please help and thank you all

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Has LinkedIn apply helped anyone to land an interview etc.? If not what according to you are some of the best ways to land a job in your company of choice or bette yet what has worked for you?
