I had interview in Barclays for Software Engineer - BA4 taken by AVP. (on Saturday)

Its more than 1 week but I haven't get any reply re. interview. On portal status is showing as "Interviews Underway".

Should I consider it as rejection? As already its more than 1 week. I heard that Barclays recruitment process is quite fast. Barclays
