I had received an offer letter from the payroll of mindmap digital for deloitte India and i completed my notice at ey. They forced me to bring down my notice from 90 days to 30 days. Now they've been consistently delaying my joining from 6th to tentative 7,8,9 and now 13. What should I do? Should I directly connect to deloitte HRs? Offer letter had a mention that I'd be on contract for 3 months on mindmap and later Deloitte.

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
