I had received the offer letter form Accenture, I m waiting for the revised offer for change of location and fixed base pay. They had told 30 December as my onboarding date than via mail the confirmed that it's 3rd Jan as they are working on the revised offer letter. I asked hr. Hr is saying as many people were on leave, md level permission is needed for sending revised offer letter. I m worried as he is saying only one response is trying to get approvals from md.

15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs. I use to work as a Support Engineer. I unskilled myself in DevOps and moved to DevOps. I have 3+ Support experience and 1.5 as DevOps Engineer. I have worked on Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and I’m certified in terraform and kubernetes and GCP.
I’m getting an offer from a company as Site Reliability Engineer. Is it good to move their as SRE? Will it look good on resume?

CTC = 2.5 LPA
Offered = 12 fixed

25lpa for a devops engineer with 4years of experience, is it good?

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
