I had recently completed technical and HR rounds and the status on talio portal show application being reviewed after ctc discussion.what does it mean at HSBC, it's been 2 weeks since salary discussion was done and it was informed offer should be released in 2 to 3 days. Sent mail to HR, called and message but no response unfortunately. Should I be worried or wait patiently.

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before.
