I had TP1 and TP2 interview round in HCL Technologies, I was informed that I have cleared the TP2 interview and also got a call from HR regarding CTC discussion in December 2023 but till now i didnt get any update and I am still awaiting for the offer letter and updates on the next steps of the hiring process.

Can someone help to understand how much time does it take to release offer in HCL Technologies?

Hey all, having issues with interviewing this year. I’ve been passed over every opportunity I really want and I’m unsure how to regroup and move forward. Have interviewed a couple of people from WK over the past few weeks and have been hearing a lot about how it’s becoming a pretty horrible place to work since Susan came onboard. The criticism was more around actually working there than the work itself but is it really that bad? One of the candidates was saying that many of the good creatives have been leaving or are planning to leave because of this. I haven’t ever worked for Susan so I have no clue.
