Have them both fight to the death
HAHH this made me laugh! I say make them arm wrestle for it and see who wins.
I had a few recruiters reach out to me with the same job. I listened to their pitch, reviewed the details, and got the pay range. I went with the one who put in more effort to communicate with me and had a good pay range. I swear some recruiters will lowball for fun and expect you to be happy with it.
I guess the best answer would be to go with the one who seems more credible and has the better track record. That can be hard to ascertain, of course. So you may have to just talk to them and get a feel for whichever one seems more trustworthy. Don't put an inordinate amount of time into it, however, recruiters have a way of turning up, talking a good game, and then vanishing just as quickly.
I would go with whichever one has been the most responsive and professional. I know that's a boring answer, but that's how I would handle it. They are more likely to help you get the job.
I wouldn't overthink it, Just go with the recruiter who you have found better to deal with so far. I would be prioritizing the recruiter who responds the fastest myself.

Probably based on salary and benefits tbh
I literally take whatever any recruiter throws my way and assess from there.
Definitely the one you prefer working with and will advocate for you
