I(28 M) have offers from TechMahindra and Bitwise. Both are offering 27 LPA.
Bitwise may go higher, possibly 30LPA.
Which company is better to join?
Bitwise may offer more, but in TechMahindra I'll be working with Mastercard as client. Im confused. Besides the obvious choice of higher package, accepting which offer would make more sense?

My tech stack - Java + SpringBoot + Microservices + Aws.

Ethics Q: my client created fruaduant medical documents in order to try to recover extra benefits from her injury. My thought is to settle her case with insurance company for whatever nominal amount is offered ASAP. However, this might be lower than her case is actually worth despite the the fruad. Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Why does everyone say that starting in Big 4 (or consulting in general) right out of school is great long term? Do other places (industry, tech firms, etc) reach out to you personally for good exit opportunities? Will probably be accepting my offer with Big 4 but I really don’t want to do this long term at all. Does anyone use blue light glasses? Do they help? I get headaches almost every day and I’m sure it’s because I’m glued to the screen all day. Wondering how to alleviate them without popping 4 ibuprofens a day.

I’m a first yr in NYC biglaw (2nd yr in Fall) — is 3.2k for one bedroom in BK (think downtown BK, carroll garden, Williamsburg) too much? Always have lived in manhattan so I’m not sure what reasonable rent for one bedroom in BK is.

Want to get a sense check. Typical English firm salaries in London are about 70% Cravath (unless you're at one of the US firms that benchmarks to Cravath scale offices). 2PQE is around 165k USD + 30k bonus assuming 1800 billables. So comparing at a firm where you roughly bill 1900-2000 a year, you lose out, but if you bill 2200+, that's comparable?

Thinking aloud here - if you can find that 2000-billing firm, no sense staying in that payscale unless you have a shot at equity?

If you are on notice period and not doing work properly or on time then what can be the consequence ?
They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place
