I have 3 offers, 3.2 yoe, Java Springboot backend

1- Infosys 8 Ipa 7.2 fixed (bench hiring, need to find project inside)

2 - unify technology 11 Ipa (all fixed) (airtel payment bank client, good tech stack)

3 - Capgemini will give around 13 Ipa (salary discussion pending, nokia client, teck stack not good not much work on Springboot, mostly on core java, and jaxrs and other inhouse tools and telecom domain things)

which one should i join?

To try and break into that side after my internship at the same company, would it be more beneficial to take on a (very small boutique) PE internship or an IB internship this fall?
