I have 4 years workex.

I might get in IIM - Kozhikode. I have no chance in getting ABC owing to less marks in Bachelor's.

People suggesting me to take one more year for GMAT - go for MBA in europe.

But, in coming 2-3 years - I see that Europe going in recession and India as new economic superpower.

Should I go for IIM K - really low in world MBA ranking or take chance outside?

How necessary is an extracurricular for MBA apps? I work a ton of hours and don’t have a lot of time or interest in any activity that I could reasonably put on an app. I spend the little free time I have on activities I enjoy (spending time with SO and friends, working out, Netflix, etc). Would it be really bad if I had nothing in that section on my app beyond college extracurriculars? Or should I force some activity? I have enough time before I apply to make it look legit to adcoms.
