On MBA resumes, how should I describe my company? Work for a company that the ad comm probably won’t know. What details should I include?

We are building a SaaS product for product owners to make informed decisions on product strategy and improve product roadmap process using data science and NLP. We are looking for pre-seed round.

What’s proper resume format? I’ve heard a few general bullets and then select projects under it. Then education. How do you guys do yours?

Started as consultant, then promoted to SC. But my responsibilities were pretty much the same. Should I break these out in my resume as two separate roles with separate descriptions?

Currently an associate at a mid-sized firm with “strong potential” to make partner at the end of this year. Things have been toxic for a while, but have cratered in 2021, with few signs there will be any positive changes on the horizon. What are the pros and cons of staying to make partner before trying to go in-house? I’d assumed it would be better to job search with that title on the resume, but am rethinking my assumptions the worse things get.
